uring my internship, I observed a diverse range of teaching methods employed by the teachers. The primary method was a combination of interactive lectures and group discussions. But the common denominator of all teachers is their utilization student-centered approach, encouraging active participation and critical thinking. I noted the effective use of multimedia presentations to enhance engagement and facilitate visual learning. Additionally, there was a consistent effort to incorporate real-life examples and practical applications into the lessons, making the content more relatable to the students.The more that you can make the students relate, the more that they engage and participate in the discussion. Furthermore, when it comes to the teaching process, they follow the same routine. Aside from the preliminary activities that is always a part of the routine of every class, the objectives for every meeting is set and delivered, informing the students of their target which sets a clear direction for them. Also, aside from the evaluation, there are activities implemented to strengthen practice and students are given an ample time to do this especially when the subject is English. The teachers know the strengths and weaknesses of the students which they always consider in their teaching process.
