ncountering challenges while teaching and staying in the designated school was an inherent aspect of the practice as being immersed in a new environment challenged my comfort zone and at the same time, introduced me to various situations such as adapting to a new culture, facing language differences, navigating varied teaching methodologies and approaches, and tailoring teaching methods effectively for foreign students. All of this can cause ineffective communication and teaching. Also, there is a need of catering  a wide range of learning styles within an international student body as this class is composed of varied nationalities which means varied customs, language, teaching and learning practices. Aside from that, my students have experienced adjustment issues like difficulty in acclimating to a new teacher with different cultural and educational environment. When I faced these disruptions, problem-solving was approached with adaptability and a solutions-oriented mindset. Upon identifying the problems, I came up with a framework in dealing these through careful research and a set of new practices. Furthermore, I collaborated with fellow educators and sought guidance from my mentors which became instrumental in navigating these challenges. From facing problems, I end up building positive relationships with others regardless of gender, religion, language, and nationality. I was built of a worldview, and a consciousness. Through these problems, I was able of embracing and acknowledging the beauty of diversity as it led me to explore, learn, and discover more.

 

        In navigating these challenges, the teaching practices and values I gained at the school was not just an exercise in problem-solving but an opportunity for continuous growth, adaptability, and fostering a truly educational environment.
