s an aspiring educator majoring in English for Secondary Education, my internship experience at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI) provided me a unique opportunity to design and implement a comprehensive teaching plan. This plan was intricately tailored to accommodate the diverse needs of their three SMA Labschool distinct programs: Tauhiid, Bilingual, and Regular. Additionally, being mindful of the demands of my major, I focused on English language instruction, emphasizing not only content delivery but also the cultivation of skills. As I mentioned above, there are three different programs in SMA Labschool UPI which are the following. With each having their focus, there is an emphasis on a particular area or field.

Tauhiid Program:
In collaboration with Daarut Tauhiid, the Tauhiid Program underscores religious education for students, preparing them to navigate the challenges of globalization. My teaching plan here prioritizes curriculum elements that foster a deep understanding of religious matters, blending traditional teachings with contemporary perspectives.

For the Regular Program, which follows the national curriculum enriched by the school, my teaching plan bridges the gap between conventional learning and the enhanced curriculum. It is designed to prepare students for the challenges they will encounter beyond the school's specific programs, ensuring a well-rounded education.

Bilingual Program:
The Bilingual Program, combining international and national curricula, necessitates a nuanced approach. My teaching plan integrates English literacy into science-focused content, aligning with the 4.0 digital era. The curriculum emphasizes language mastery alongside scientific knowledge, enhancing students' competitiveness in a globalized context.
With each program’s distinct focused, the help of their designed textbooks made be able to pick the right topics for them which I taught and used as a basis in tailoring and implementing activities that suits not only their interest but importantly their programs.
